The atmosphere was ok as we’re accustomed to sitting areas so the traffic noise and not so clean outside its why I gave 3 stars. The coffee was good though. I got The Golden Eagle hot, and my wife and iced gingerbread coffee. Both good but a bit overly sweet and not a lot of coffee taste. We were treated well by the young lady at the register and since it was our first time, she treated us a free drink. She took the time to explain what holiday drinks they featured and did not rush one but. Very attentive and professional. It’s nice to see how the staff here interacted with the customers and made us feel welcomed. I appreciate that because these days, you don’t see that too often. Overall we enjoyed it and will be back to Dutch Bros. 🤗

Tip: check the menu online before you go, because you won't see a menu from your car until quite a while after you place your order Most people order from their car, which creates a scene like a busy In 'n'Out. An employee takes your order on an electronic tablet. You pay on the spot by card. Then you gradually make your way to a service window to pick up your order. On my most recent visit, there were no horns honking or raised voices. The drivers were courteous to one another, possibly because you have to keep your place in the long line or you would get another person's order . A lesser number of customers apparently walk into the store to place and pickup their orders. I am not sure if there is any inside seating. I got an iced coffee with half and half for $6.00. It tasted great. Blended energy drinks and "candy-style" coffees appeared to be the most popular items. The menu lists a few snack or continental breakfast type items. I have not tried any of these.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
