Asked for extra meat, it was all beans and lettuce. Manager was hopped up and kept barking orders to the rest of the staff. Never coming back!

They make the non coupon customers food first. Rude people at the drive thru every time as well. Worse pollo loco I've been to. Even the ones in the bad neighborhoods are better.
