  I absolutely love this location! Daisy is truly the best ever ! Her customer service was above excellent! Danni was the sweetest ... I wish I still lived in covina ... I moved .. I will keep coming back anytime im here .. everyone was cheery,bubbly, everyone tip your Barista! They deserve it 👏

  I am so DISAPPOINTED. Dutch bros back up north has a much friendlier and professional customer service. I drive 20minutes just to get your iced coffee/lattes/ energy drinks because my city does not have a dutch bros. My husband took time out of his break to drive down and get me my usual. Upon ordering he stated DARK chocolate drizzle on both my mocha & his chocolate milk (which are the same drink just one with no caffeine). When he reached the window, they handed him his drink correctly and then my drink with white chocolate drizzle. He stated the order was wrong if they can possibly change it and they FLAT OUT refused. We stated how we ordered the same drink but one as chocolate milk and one as an iced coffee and they were not willing to acknowledge they made a mistake. After further discussion they got my drink and instead of remaking it, THEY ADDED DARK CHOLOLATE in the same cup with white chocolate and handed it back to us. The drink is now way too sweet to consume! Having been on a lunch break we had to leave after they refused to make it right! It was a waste of time and money. And just embarrassing that they refused to remake the drink given it was their mistake!

  My Friend went here to get a Coffee for her other friend, She got a Large strawberry 🍓 she said was good, but the line was very long 40 minutes Took way to long, she almost lost her patience, was on the clock, She said she can not go back wait so long in line anymore, unless she is off work.

  I’ve been coming here since they opened and it’s my fav part of my day! Today in specific is my bday and Sofia made sure I got the best drink and had such a fun conversation with me :) Everyone here is great, will be back, as always!!! Thanks Sofia girly <3

  I love Dutch bros , but this location needs some training. Placed a mobile order and pick up time was for 6:37 p.m, waited until 7:06, and saw the cart by the window and saw my drinks sitting there for about 10 mins. I finally went to the window and asked for my 2 drinks. Once I got back to my car, both drinks were made wrong, one had banana flavor for some reason, and the other was an energy drink, both were made wrong. Went back and exchanged them so they could remake them. What's the point of doing a mobile pickup when it's 25 mins late, this location needs some training or more workers. 1 star!
