The 2 young gals that were working that evening were welcoming, helpful & sincere. They made eye contact when they addressed me & they were genuinely friendly. I left there feeling NOT one bit guilty about the double scoop of chocolate peanut-butter I was about to indulge in. Thanks ladies!
- ATAllyson TellesMar 27, 20191.0So just stopped by here with my daughter to get some ice cream been coming here for years we sat in the car and ate it while we talked she took pics of the ice cream and wanted to take a pic of the open sign loves taking pics of everything as so many young people do after she gets back in the car a lady from the store confronts her and says “did you just take a picture” proceeds to walk up to my daughters window my daughter replied yes I just wanted to take a picture of the place cuz I liked it the lady then says “well next time let the workers know because they were afraid they’re doing something wrong” first of all we live in a social media world this is not odd behavior kids and adults take pics of EVERYTHING second what are you afraid of doing wrong???? Hmmm I’ll be rethinking where I eat ice cream for the next time kinda ruined the whole experience

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
