  Ordered small mozzarella sticks & some chicken bites. 2 of the mozzarella sticks were burned tasted rubber smelled disgusting. The chicken bites were cold. Why would you serve this meal, you all take the food course to receive the food handler card & know very well about foods. I wasted my hard earned money on this disgusting food. Your cooks need to be fired because you can get people sick. Very disappointed.

  Horrible service burger cold i order a double super sonic burger they gave me a single cheeseburger I took a bit when I figure out that it was not a double , I ask them to replace it with a had order. They bring back my new order and the same thing a single cheeseburger 🍔, plus they took the cheeseburger had bite before. If I was the manager I will let the customer keep the other single burger and bring a new double burger. Poor quality of management.

  Amazing deal for the Smasher CB Combo. It was larger than I thought it would be and it was satisfying & tasted pretty good. I ordered on the app and it was easy and fast. I received my order in about 6 mins. The best part of the experience was the customer service received by the carhop Anthony he was friendly, very efficient and helpful w/ my order.

  Genuinely the rudest and most incompetent staff ever. As someone who also works customer service,I rarely leave bad reviews… esp for a place I enjoy but this sonic has gone so downhill lately :/
