  The products aren't tasty, and the ice cream portions are small. You need to design a new ice cream container—one that is 30% smaller, but completely full.

  Doors were locked, so I had to order curbside on my bike. I placed my order at 10:29 and didn’t get it until 11:02. I didn’t feel comfortable waiting in a parking spot since a car could block me from being seen from the street, so I stayed near the entrance. I was out there the whole time and no one ever came out. At one point I even saw someone peek out from the back door, but still no help. My order even said it was fulfilled when it clearly wasn’t. I tried going to the speaker and waited a couple minutes with no answer. Then I went to the window and saw an employee just standing there drinking something while I was waiting, and it looked like they could see me. After that, I waited by the door near the register and didn’t get helped until around 11:00. By the time I finally got my food, it was cold and the fries were soggy

  Lobby said It closed at 11pm but I arrived at 1030pm to be told it closed at 10pm.
