- EEEricNov 6, 20252.0I've come here pretty often for the month of October due to the Monopoly promotion and the free codes, as it's the closest McDonalds to me. Every single time I have been here for dine-in, the wait is abysmal. If I order too far ahead, the staff will take the pick-up order OFF the shelf and put it back in the back. If I want sauce or ketchup or they mess up my order (which happened pretty frequently), it'd take at least 5 to 10 minutes to get ahold of someone, even though the ketchup bin is just out of reach. The staff don't have the best attitude either, when they come out to deliver a pick-up order, they never stick around for a bit to see what the people standing around at the counter are waiting for. The food's okay here, pretty standard McDonald's, but the service quality and speed is honestly very frustrating so I'm docking them a lot of points for that. Go to the 290 Bristol location instead!!
