  The Hispanic manager lady at this location did not deliver the food to us and although I had already placed a mobile order and paid, she refused to provide food for me or provide a refund.

  I've come here pretty often for the month of October due to the Monopoly promotion and the free codes, as it's the closest McDonalds to me. Every single time I have been here for dine-in, the wait is abysmal. If I order too far ahead, the staff will take the pick-up order OFF the shelf and put it back in the back. If I want sauce or ketchup or they mess up my order (which happened pretty frequently), it'd take at least 5 to 10 minutes to get ahold of someone, even though the ketchup bin is just out of reach. The staff don't have the best attitude either, when they come out to deliver a pick-up order, they never stick around for a bit to see what the people standing around at the counter are waiting for. The food's okay here, pretty standard McDonald's, but the service quality and speed is honestly very frustrating so I'm docking them a lot of points for that. Go to the 290 Bristol location instead!!

  This McDonald's has the BEST customer service i have seen in a long time they are nice friendly helpful and the guy at the drive thru in the mornings is helpful curious explains things and is always patient and pleasant so far been there a handful of times and it has restored my faith in McDonald's being able to provide great customer service it should be a training location and they all deserve a pay increase

  This location is literally the worst. Its right across the street from my office so I go here occasionally, but I can't imagine how how this location stays in business. I always order thru the mobile app. The previous time I ordered here, they forgot to make my order and I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru before someone finally realized they forgot about me. This time, I ordered at 10pm, I'm the only person in line when I get there, and have to wait another 20 minutes. In the past, they've gotten orders wrong, missing items, completely wrong orders, anything else imaginable. Worst location ever, no contest. It's not a surprise that the first few reviews I read are complaining about long wait times and messed up orders. EDIT: If I could remove stars I would. McDonalds finally contacted me, said "you've issued numerous complaints concerning that location". I said "Yeah, and I probably won't be going back there, it's awful". The lady on the phone said "Ok, great, thank you!" and hung up on me. Awesome customer service. This location cares NOTHING AT ALL about ANYONE who visits their location. Nothing. Zero. And now they're going out of their way to make that perfectly clear. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Let it finally die and go out of business, so something else that might actually care about their customers can be put in its place.
