They gave me my food and then asked me to pull into drive thru spot 1 for the rest of my order which was just two iced coffees. Waited 25mins in the drive thru spot while I watched everyone else get their order and drinks. Had to go inside to remind them and they told me to wait while they "get the coffee beans". I watched then remake my coffee while they were loligagging around in no rush. Made me late for my appointment

What i don't get is WHY, when there is not one person behind you in line, they send you to the waiting parking spots... Well, let me back up, it's prolly for their score as a store on how quickly they get people through the drive thru. But why do i have to park elsewhere to wait on them to walk it out? If i wanted that, i would've ordered counter not drive thru. Grrr!
