I have been coming to this Chipotle for a while, and the experience is completely dependent on which employee is working. When you get someone who is properly trained and takes pride in their work, the service is excellent. When you get someone who does not follow company standards, the experience is poor. At these prices, customers should not have to worry about receiving incorrect portions or subpar service. As a former store manager from when Chipotle truly upheld its operational standards, I understand what the expectations are. The difference is noticeable. It is disappointing to see the lack of consistency and attention to brand standards that once defined the company. By the way your location is not the only one but it’s being noticeable almost all n every chipotle.
