To compensate for this he gives you tiny portions to make it easier. I witnessed him trying to wrap a larger burrito before my order and it took him a few minutes and multiple tortillas and it still wasn’t wrapped properly similarly to mine even despite the smaller portions on mine. His customer service was non existent. On top of all this he loaded up my girlfriend’s order with much larger portions which I really don’t think was a coincidence.

She guided me through the menu with thoughtful suggestions, checked on spice level and dietary preferences, and double-checked each item so the order was perfect. Even with a long line, she stayed calm, kept the line moving, and maintained a spotless station. The food was fresh and well-portioned, but what really stood out was her genuine hospitality—she turned a quick meal into a bright spot in my day. Management is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be back because of the service she provides.

We asked for a refund for both bowls and she only gave us a refund for the one bowl. Definitely a choking hazard and should’ve have been taken more seriously.
