- LRLora RamirezNov 13, 20251.0I came in today at noon and the first thing I see is the trash bins overflowing, the hand sanitizer is empty and there is food on the floors and none of the tables are clean, this location has failed many times to maintain their area clean and it’s disgusting. When I go to order my food there’s one person working the whole thing from serving my food to ringing me up causing a line to form behind me while the rest of the staff did nothing. It’s unfair to everyone including the staff that everyone has to wait becuase no one is doing their part. This is the only location I have been to besides 17th street that is always understaffed. Not to mention the staff is not welcoming at all and I understand after working in the food industry for so long that you will get unfriendly customers but that does not mean that should effect your customer service for the rest of your customers. Unfortunately after this experience I will no longer be coming back due to all these issues i’ve had in the last previous visits.
