    my bowl was good, however the staff wasn’t very friendly and my chips were so stale and the guy ringing me up literally tossed the cup in my bag and made me seem like i was bothering him… the silverware area was filled with so much trash too it was so messy idk if i’ll come back to this location.

    I have been a big consumer of Chipotle for a long time. This location has been my home location for 4 years. Unfortunately I think I have officially thrown in the towel on this store. I have never felt like my experience was average or above. A few memories from over the years including last week: - stale chips with “all the chips are the same batch, so...” as the response - luke warm food more often then not - poor customer service - shaking meat off the serving spoon - kitchen blaring hard techno - trash overflowing This is I think the first time I’ve been compelled to leave a review. Hopefully it is seen as constructive criticism and the GM of this store can figure it out!

    We were here, this Wednesday at 4:30pm. It wasn’t busy at all, but every table in the entire place with the exception of one was dirty. The floor had food everywhere, utensils, napkins, ice, etc on floor hadn’t been picked up who knows how long and the soda fountain area was a mess. I took videos, (but can’t post here only photos) even the counter area facing the windows had three dirty areas!! I saw the help-wanted sign but when it’s not busy, why can’t somebody come out and wipe the tables down and sweep?

    Probably the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Service was slow, all employees faces looked like I was disturbing them by being there. No pico, no lettuce, no black beans, no forks. Half the location had chairs on the tables to block them off. There were only 4 tables open and they were all super dirty. Garbage all over the floor. Awful experience
