    Horrible customer service!They only gave half of our order to the Uber Eats driver. When we called for help, we had to explain the whole situation to 3 different people and no one wanted to help. The food that did arrive was cold, and covered in the sauce that we had clearly asked to be put on the side.

    EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I ordered 4 items on Uber Eats and they only delivered 2. I called the restaurant and they admitted to forgetting to hand the driver one of the bags. The food that did arrive was not prepared to my specification. They refused to refund my order and the only solution offered was that I come to the restaurant myself and pickup the other half of my order, which had already been sitting there for 40 minutes and would undoubtably cold and stale.

    update, I had issues with an online order but the staff there was very friendly and fixed it and gave me a free drink. Be carefull when living in costa mesa and trying to order at the santa ana location it doesnt default to newport like it did mine. A little bit of an extra drive but they took care of me
