  I usually don't post bad experiences, but this is the last time I'm going to this place. It's the closest one to my house, so I thought I'd give it a third try, and it was the worst. I went to use my rewards at the window, and when she scanned my phone, she said it was still $16.95, almost $17. That's when I told her I was using rewards, so she scanned my phone again. The tostada salad came off, but the charge was still around $9. I asked why, and she said they charged me for a little extra cheese, for my salsa for my salad (which should be included), and then she said they charged me for a large Coke when I just asked for a regular. I also asked for no sour cream, but there was sour cream in my salad. I asked for extra napkins and only got two. They charged me for my dressing; I asked for one extra and got charged for it, but only got one. On top of all that, I asked for a Coke Zero and they gave me a Diet Coke, so basically my whole order was wrong. There's barely any chicken in my salad, and I'm eating a tostada with extra cheese, extra lettuce, a little bit of beans, and some rice. I will definitely never return, and I will happily go to the one 5 Mi away

  Food is okay. But the restrooms, they utterly smell so bad in there! My mom almost threw up because of it when she was using the restrooms. If your looking for a restroom, DO NOT GO HERE!

  I tried going to lunch here today and they wouldn’t take my order in the drive through because the power was out. Because of this I decided to leave and eat somewhere else. I tried leaving, but they had allowed a customer to wait at the window for service to resume. When I tried to back out another car pulled up and I was unable to leave that way either, because they had also allowed that customer to wait even though they were currently closed and not taking orders. They effectively held me prisoner and would not allow me to leave until service resumed and the guy in front of me finally got his food. I was held up for more than 20 minutes and blocked from leaving and going elsewhere. When I called the manager, he said I had no choice but to just wait and be held up and blocked in line. The management of this restaurant acted very unprofessionally and rudely and almost caused me to be late going back to work. I will never eat at this location again and I will tell everybody I know to never patronize this business. I could have sued them for holding me prisoner had I had some type of medical emergency or something along those lines, because they would not allow me to leave even though they had refused me service and were closed.
