- EMElysia MorrisMar 5, 20261.0Terrible experience with Brenda. I was in the store for 10 minutes while the phone rang off the hook and she completely ignored it. I was the only customer in the store and she ignored me too until I spoke up to ask a question about the menu. When she finally acknowledged me, she was condescending and acted like I was an idiot for asking menu questions. Nasty tone and zero desire to be there. To top it off, the bathroom had no soap or paper towels… major hygiene concern for a food. First and last time coming to this Subway.
