- MRMonica RosalesMar 26, 20261.0Placed an order online at 3pm for a scheduled delivery at 6:45pm. I was charged immediately and I even included tip. The order was confirmed via email as well. Pizza did not arrive until 11:15 PM. I called Pizza Hut and the “supposed” store number at 7:15 PM inquiring on my order. The call center is useless & they transferred to me the store supposedly and all it did was ring then says this line is disconnected. I called the number 3x spoke to 3 different people saying they couldn’t help me and they couldn’t call the store themselves. I made a complaint on line thought Pizza Hut website. Then I wake up this morning to text messages from Pizza Hut saying to avoid delivery delays a 3rd party delivery person was on their way at 11:15 PM. Then a text message at 11:15 PM saying I’m here. The pizza was left at the door clearly no one awake and then the receipt has the audacity to say order printed at 6:20 PM & then the app updated this morning showing delivery at 6:45 PM. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give this store 0 I would. Pizza Hut too cause that was the worst customer service experience.

Get a person in a call center who transferred me to a number that has been disconnected. So glad that $84 dollars was spent that the chat bot won’t fix and the only people to talk to can’t do anything about it
