  Really bad service was waiting for 10 minutes at the drive thru and was ingorred trying to pick up my mobile order, if you come here just use that app and pick it up inside otherwise it will take twice along

  Was waiting at the drive thru speaker about 25minutes waiting after ordering on the app. Was then told that they would be with us in a minute just to not have anyone get back to us, I even tried getting their attention by speaking out multiple times. Had to drive up to the window to tell them my code after waiting another couple of minutes for anyone to get to the us. Literally had my entire allotted lunch time wasted on waiting to be attended to. And also to add to this, I did a mobile order for it, I had ordered since 1 and my lunch was at 1:30 and didn’t get my order till 2:04

  I only live 2 miles from this location but will drive 10 miles to another McDonald's to avoid the extremely bad service here. I've tried multiple times but they always disappoint for example last night at 11:30 pm on my way home from airport I went through drive through, the employee came on and said "I'm on a 30 minute break and when I get back I'm only accepting cash" I said excuse me because I thought it was an April Fools joke but she repeated those exact words with an attitude. I said, ok and drove through to leave and looking inside there were 3 employees inside and 2 outside. Management needs to do better with this location

  Today I placed an online order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The employee at the first window was very kind and professional, and I had no issues there. Unfortunately, the experience at the second window was completely different. The young woman who handed me my order was extremely rude. When I politely asked for a cup holder since I had three drinks, she began mumbling to herself that I had no manners and was rude. She then handed me the drinks in a way that felt intimidating and unprofessional. After that, I received my food, but the window was immediately shut while I was still checking the order. I noticed that items were missing, so I had to get her attention. Instead of helping politely, she began mocking me to another employee, saying things like, “Oh, she’s missing a sandwich,” in a sarcastic tone. She then asked for my receipt and searched through my food bag as if I were being dishonest. Eventually she admitted that the item was missing, but the replacement I was given was still incorrect. This entire interaction was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also noticed the employee was not wearing a visible name badge, which makes it difficult to properly report issues like this. The employee was petite, had red hair, and a rose tattoo on her arm. Because of how the situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable eating the sandwich that was given to me. I hope this can be addressed so other customers do not have the same experience. Employees should be respectful to customers and make sure orders are correct, especially when the order was placed online in advance. Thank you for your time.
