- CCChris CovellMar 6, 20261.0Impersonal + Shrinkflation. If you're going to force customers to order through the kiosk, make it a pleasant experience at least. It was so clunky and constantly trying to sell up charges - super annoying! Played a short jingle and video for every item you added, like a "yay"! No thank you. There was no staff up front, and they did not seem eager to come forward to help (just an implied glance to the kiosk like that should take care of everything - even though it doesn't dispense ketchup). Breakfast sandwiches are now smaller than ever. It wasn't even fresh, with the bread partly stale from sitting under a warmer for too long.
