  I ordered doorsdash. Dave's large combo, 6 nuggets, and the Cinnabon with EXTRA cream cheese. I didnt get my drink. And I didnt get the extra cream cheese. $1.63 for the frosting I didnt get, and about $4.50 for the drink I didnt get. This is also tge second time my order has been missing items, previously I didnt even get my cinnamon pull apart. Whats going on you guys?

  I love Wendy’s hand crafted All Natural Lemonade and everytime I go I get an Apple Pecan Salad with Gorgonzola cheese My son loves the biggie bag with CrispyCkn Sandwhich nuggets and fries We tend to order the same thing every week. His 2nd favorite sandwich was the Bourbon Burger, but it was discontinued Something else worth trying are the French Toast sticks which taste homemade and are better than fast food competition in texture quality and taste And let me just say the managment at this Wendy’s is superior in every way This place is fast, friendly, they get the orders right and remember us so we always feel special and welcome. The inside was remodeled a few years ago and has a lounge vibe, pub height tables & chairs and a very chic fireplace Not sure if it’d real but it looks good Doors close early so if you want to dine in don’t wait til 10pm

  There is absolutely no reason why I should have to pull around and wait 15 minutes for 3 chicken tenders I ordered ahead of time. I had enough so I tried to call to cancel the order but 50 rings later, no answer. I put on my coat and got out of my car to knock until they answered so I could get a refund. As I walk up there, the man I presume to be a supervisor met me at the door. He acted like I hadn’t waited for 15 minutes, no apology. They should actually let you know how long it’d be so the customer can choose whether to cancel or wait. Anytime I’ve been asked to wait, the food is brought out after less than three minutes. If they told me it’s be such a long wait, I would’ve canceled my order.

  I order a combo meal with a chili, they sent me a coke instead of rootbeer, double fries instead of my chili. The fries were fmbwyond eating, cold and stale, not fresh.
