She seemed impatient and dismissive, especially toward older adults who were just trying to get assistance. Rather than offering help or guidance, she was condescending and unhelpful, making the process unnecessarily stressful. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I hope management addresses this behavior immediately. I will think twice before returning.

The only issue I’ve noticed is with the Corona location. Every time I order from this store, the bags are not sealed. Other Vons locations usually staple or tape the bags, but this one recently hasn’t been doing that. Sealing the bags is important for safety and to prevent tampering, so I hope this can be improved.
