Maybe they should go back to having someone back on a register and doing more customer service because if someone has a issue or problem its good to have a employee around!

The food portions are smaller than before and they mix your coffee drinks for you rather than allow to add the sugar and cream yourself. Also, they sometimes get hair in the food. The music is way too loud that I couldn't hear the person next to me speak. The staff is nice when they speak to you but they take a while to acknowledge you if you come up to the counter to pay with cash. The fountain drink machine is gone, which sucks. This is honestly so far from a taco place that I really dont want to come back. Idk what they are thinking with this new setup but I hope it goes back to being a taco place and some wannabe Starbucks or juice bar.
