Son took a bite of food and starting calling for help, luckily we had an EpiPen. LUIS AND SOME OTHER GIRL WERE USELESS - when I called they said they didn't put any sour cream Luis told me that, took it to them to show them the proof. No empathy, lack of ownership. Did nothing to help, can't wait until my lawyer and corporate get a hold of this experience.

I was really excited to see them adding the liv mas cafe. Tbh the drinks are just bad. It feels like a mom trying to get in on a trend but being super out of touch. Taco Bell has made its success on presenting the same 6 ingredients in different ways. It’s tasted and looked the same for the last 10 years. These new drinks are unrefined, way too sugary, and don’t actually appeal to anyone besides maybe a small child or someone with a diabetic emergency. Everything else here is stellar. Food is bomb and the staff are cool.

Maybe they should go back to having someone back on a register and doing more customer service because if someone has a issue or problem its good to have a employee around!
