I asked for a small and they then informed me that that they were out of small cups and only had medium cups. I then asked if it would be the cost of the small cup. They said no. I don't understand why the customer would be penalized for their mistake not ordering supplies properly

They tried to charge me an extra $5, even though the app only adds a $0.70 upcharge. When I questioned it, the employee told me it “turns into a different sandwich,” which isn’t true. The second time, I ordered through the app to avoid problems, and the sandwich was just thrown together with no care at all. I wouldn’t recommend this location, and I won’t be returning.

I told her what I wanted and asked for it not to be toasted. She yelled at me and said it has to be toasted. I told her nevermind I changed my mind I don't want to eat here. She called me a weirdo, whitie,gringo, ghetto and said its always about you white people. So if your white I suggest you don't go into this store unless you want to be racially profiled. I will never stop in this store of go to subway again. At jersey Mike's I've never been treated like I was in this store.

The very, very, very slow and the only person working there rudly asked me to wait a minute, because she has two more orders ahead of me. Behind me 3 more customers waiting. So I waited. The low pace attendant not in a hurry and no other employees are available to help. I figured out it is going to be another 20 to 30 minutes wait. I left disappointed and took my business elsewhere. Rude, improffasional employee working there. Do not recommend especially if you are in a hurry or lunch break..
