Bad experience. Stopped by around 2pm today for a sub sandwich to go. 2 customers in line ahead of me. I waited for about 20 minutes till my turn came up. The very, very, very slow and the only person working there rudly asked me to wait a minute, because she has two more orders ahead of me.
Behind me 3 more customers waiting. So I waited. The low pace attendant not in a hurry and no other employees are available to help. I figured out it is going to be another 20 to 30 minutes wait.
I left disappointed and took my business elsewhere. Rude, improffasional employee working there.
Do not recommend especially if you are in a hurry or lunch break..

Came to the store at 9:35 pm and he said he cant toast sandwiches anymore because it needs to cool down. Online it says the store close and 10. Not at 9.Better change the closing time to 9. I drove 10 min just to get a subway sandwich but very bad service. Won't do it again.

Very disappointed for multiple reasons. First, when I ordered my sandwich I asked for a 6 inch on wheat, I only noticed that the bread was cut smaller than a normal 6in sandwich usually is but was willing to let that go. I didn't notice while she was making my sandwich..but when I sat down to eat, I noticed it was white bread. I brought it to the female employee's attention & she said that I told her "white." Which I did not. She said "you're gonna have to wait a minute" and told me to throw sandwich in the trash. My friend was with me and heard this employee say, "I only made it right in front of you." When the employee got back behind the counter she was doing other things first and then proceeded to redo my sandwich. I asked for a napkin and she said, "you're gonna have to wait a minute." So much for customer service. It was not even busy, there was only one other person in there besides us and there were 2 workers. And to top it all off, this Subway was not stocked up like other Subways. They had no avacado and only 6 choices of chips and of course not the one I wanted. Sad to say this Subway will lose customers because the staff is sarcastic and rude. We will be sure to let family and coworkers know to not waste their lunch here.
