I stopped by this Subway around 10 PM the night before Halloween (10/30/25), and I couldn’t believe what I saw. There was only one young girl working — by herself — at a 24-hour location, with about 15 customers waiting inside as well as mobile orders coming. She was clearly doing her best, but you could see the stress and fear on her face trying to handle everything alone.
It took a very long time to get food, but honestly, that’s not on her — it’s on management. No employee should ever be left to run an entire store by themselves that late at night, especially before a busy holiday.
To make things worse, mobile orders kept coming in, and she had to stop to make those too — which meant those orders cut in front of everyone waiting inside. Again, this wasn’t her fault at all — she barely had time to make the food for the customers already there, let alone keep up with online orders. Management seriously needs to step up or come in themselves when the store is short-staffed.
She deserves credit for staying calm and trying her best under awful circumstances, but the way this place is run is unacceptable.

Don't go. The store was not clean. The wait was ridiculous. The female worker was obviously new and she was alone. Bread was stale. The blond-haired youth who showed up was a fast. Never again will I eat here.

ANSWER THE PHONE PEOPLE! I used to enjoy this place rather decently, but as of today I placed an order mobile then realizing I can’t pick it up, I immediately tried calling within a few minutes but no one picked up, I tried again multiple times but still no one responds. Except for one employee is see most of the time, service and experience were absolutely horrible!
