I came At 10:00 pm and the girl let me wait for more than 12 minutes and then she said we accept, cash only and when I agree, I ordered tuna she said we’re out of tuna

I stopped by this Subway around 10 PM the night before Halloween (10/30/25), and I couldn’t believe what I saw. There was only one young girl working — by herself — at a 24-hour location, with about 15 customers waiting inside as well as mobile orders coming. She was clearly doing her best, but you could see the stress and fear on her face trying to handle everything alone.
It took a very long time to get food, but honestly, that’s not on her — it’s on management. No employee should ever be left to run an entire store by themselves that late at night, especially before a busy holiday.
To make things worse, mobile orders kept coming in, and she had to stop to make those too — which meant those orders cut in front of everyone waiting inside. Again, this wasn’t her fault at all — she barely had time to make the food for the customers already there, let alone keep up with online orders. Management seriously needs to step up or come in themselves when the store is short-staffed.
She deserves credit for staying calm and trying her best under awful circumstances, but the way this place is run is unacceptable.
