I was planning on buying my WORK crew sandwiches today for lunch which includes 13 employees. I went in this morning around 11:25 never was acknowledge that I was there. Then when it was my turn, she called someone else that was just sitting down. I thought it was very rude so I left. and I’ve never ever been to Jersey Mike’s in Lake Elsinore very friendly people I will never again go to that subway sorry what a bad experience unbelievable if the job is too much for the staff maybe they should quit.Thanks again for the 11 years of service but I hate to say Jersey Mike’s sandwiches are really good. (Service is everything especially nowadays)

Ingredients were frequently missing, the staff seemed unmotivated, and some of the food honestly didn’t look fresh. It became hard to justify the price given the level of service, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Recently, I noticed there were new employees and decided to give this location another chance—and I’m so glad I did. What a complete 180° turnaround. It’s clear that a new manager is running things here, and the difference is night and day. Every visit, the vegetables and meats are fresh, fully stocked, and beautifully presented. The employees are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about their work and the customers. The new manager is professional, attentive, and always has a warm smile. This location gets a lot of business, and it truly needed strong leadership—she has absolutely delivered. This Subway is now exactly what it should be, and I’m happy to be a regular again. Highly recommend!
