Someone accidentally picked up my sandwich, and when I came to pick up my order, they treated me like a thief. It was humiliating and left me feeling deeply ashamed — now I get stressed just passing by that place. They even watched the security video and saw I wasn’t the one, yet they still treated me like a criminal. I couldn’t understand why I had to defend myself for their mistake. I regret not calling the police and trying to handle it calmly instead. I pray this place goes out of business

I felt so bad for our sandwich maker Samantha, but she was very efficient and was very mindful about her customers waiting in line -apologizing for the wait time since she was alone. Overall my hubby and I devoured our sandwich and wanted to say thank you Samantha! You definitely deserved a shout out! 🫶🏻🙌
