Ordered a grape slush with twisted lemon syrup and a cherry limeade slush. Cherry limeade was perfect but I saw the guy making it and it was full of what looked to be a smoothie like substance with twisted lemon all in my order. I double check and asked if it was a grape slush with twisted lime in it. They go back and add the syrup not even redoing my order but give me the same cup mixed with some grape syrup. I then go inside to again get my order redone for a grape slush. They then do my order the same way as the first guy and turns out it had ice cream? I just wanted a grape slush something refreshing not a milkshake like drink, sadly disappointed.

The people who work at this store are awful. They’re not friendly. If they get something wrong, there’s never an apology….just a blank stare. I ordered a medium drink (with a food item) thinking for $4 it wouldn’t be a miniature size. I was like really, it seems so small for the price & he just says happy hour just ended. Ummm ok. Offering me the big size that is there large would’ve been a better option since it’s only like .40 some cents more. Anyhow I said just give me a refund for the drink. Closes window, eventually hands me a reprint of my original receipt and says you should get it at your bank in a few days. I never got the food item. 🙄
