They offered to let me keep the sip club til the next month since I had already paid for it. They said they would give me a $20 credit for the inconvenience. Now my rewards do not show the $20 credit or my sip club (which i paid for at 15.32 for the month and not the $4 it was supposed to be. For a tech driven ordering company their website and app are trash and neither work and they just keep glitching on me. So frustrated with this whole situation that I dont even want to shop with them anymore. Their food is good (over priced) but everything else is just a frustrating nightmare!
