    I waited 25 minutes for my order and finally canceled it because I didn’t have time to wait any longer. They hadn’t even started preparing our order, and they only had a few customers in the place. Completely disappointed.

    This is my closest McDonald's, and I'd rather go out of my way to different McDonald's. The food quality is always inconsistent. McDonald's is known for their nicely salted fresh fries, but everytime I have gotten fries here they have been stale, cold, under cooked, over cooked. McDonald's is also known for their Coca Cola, however most of the time it's not that classic McDonald's coke I'm craving. I can go on and on about every problem with every menu item I've had issues with on a consistent basis. If you have a problem with you order, don't even bother calling because no one answers the phone. Whoever runs this McDonald's needs to let go. How can you have stale food during peak lunch or dinner hours?
