  The manager Kimberly Martinez and another woman that has a black Nissan Sentra, came outside when I was getting on my car and started yelling at me about leaving my trash on the tray and I was confused because no other fast food has ever done that before, they were so bother by that when they work for a fast food restaurant, arguing with me and I’m pregnant i should press charges for harassing me! Kimberly should have gone to college to become a president not my problem she has to do her job.

  I did an order drive up and when I got to the spot the app glitched and I was unable to add my spot number. My order said I can go inside or drive through next so I went to the drive through and the first girl said she couldn’t find it with my order number and when I asked for a manager I was told that he was busy and he couldn’t help. I went to the next window where a young man called the manager for me and once the manager came he was very rude rolling his eyes to me and being extremely rude saying he couldn’t help me and he had a lot of orders to deal with. I advised I was not going to get off due to having my dog with me and the app stated I can get my order in the drive through. The manager than asked what was my order extremely annoyed with me at this point and then walked away The young man who helped me at the second window who was a regular employee then found my order and gave me it and the young crew member apologized for the difficulty in the app as he has heard of this issue before. I’m upset with how the first girl employee acted with me and the manager not wanting to help me and instead insisted he couldn’t find my order or order number and he was to busy. If the manager would have looked like the young crew boy did he would have found my order quicker instead of arguing with me and not even offering an apology for being rude. My food was cold at that point but I was so frustrated and dissatisfied I wasn’t going to tell the of that next.

  they had 7 cars waiting for the drive thru pull up here… i waited for 20 minutes, who knows how long the cars before me waited. we already paid and they sent us away to wait even longer after the initial wait to get into the drive thru…
