  Food was hot and fresh the only issue I had was a service I stood there for about 5 minutes to get a to go bag and it wasn't until I waved somebody what they finally help me.

  This the third time I go to this place they alway miss something. Today I am missing my hash brown again. I tried to call again but no luck . Please get it together.

  I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru on Christmas Day around 11:00 PM. As I pulled into the drive-thru, the manager and three employees came outside, placed a traffic cone behind my car, and walked away without saying anything. When I then pulled forward to the speaker, the manager became upset and said, “We’re closed, bye,” in a very rude and dismissive tone while physically shooing me out of the drive-thru. As I was leaving, I heard one of the employees say “dumbass,” followed by laughter from the group. Other cars got the same treatment. I understand that working on holidays can be stressful, but this level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and name-calling toward multiple customers is completely unacceptable. Clear communication and basic courtesy would have avoided this situation entirely.

  Omg they screamed at me in the drive thru!!! I was traveling to go visit my family. My grandma just wanted some chicken nuggets. I was also trying to place an order halfway thru my order the lady left . No one came back to finish my order. So I get to the window she started to tell me my order but it's only half of what I was trying to order and it was completely wrong. When I told her my order is all messed up she started screaming at me and then she gave me a threatening voice of im getting my manager right now!!! Omg I thought she was going to call the cops on me. The manager didn't even apologize for her rude horrible attitude he is like what do you want to order I got this from you. I'm like that is nowhere what I ordered. I told him just cancel it. I told him I never been here before I'm a traveler from another state. This psyco lady needs to be fired!!

  The manager “Matthew” is so unprofessional and rude. He should have better customer service working here. He needs to do better, he is not manager stander. This is how I received my large fries and he didn’t believe it and began saying it can’t be, it can’t be.. then his behavior was just rude. Check the cameras to prove this is how they were filled or should I say lack of fill!? Very little and nothing was done about it because of him!
