At the speaker, I provided my code and was told to move forward. When I reached the first window, I gave the code again, and the employee insisted several times that there was no order associated with it. I showed her my receipt email and the app, yet she kept repeating that she “didn’t know” and that “there was no order,” without offering any solution. While I was still trying to explain, she closed the window in my face without a single word. This was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. When she opened the window again, she simply asked if my name was Vanessa, and after I said yes, she waved her hand for me to move forward—no apology, no courtesy, nothing. At the second window, I finally received my order, but the employee there didn’t even greet me. On top of that, I had ordered medium fries, and once again they were almost empty. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I also want to mention that I speak English with an accent, and I genuinely felt that the employee at the first window treated me poorly because of it. No customer should ever be made to feel disrespected for that reason. Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic human decency at this location was extremely disappointing.
