Jazz(server) and April(mgr) are all about service and making your visit a great one! Food is good and service is better and the patio is perfect for you and your dog! Shame on LD for closing Temecula location!
- CCCynthia CochranDec 13, 20252.0Usually, our experience at the Corona Lazy Dog is excellent. Today was the exception. We sat at the bar as usual, however, the bartenders acted as though we were invisible. In fact, the one female bartender asked if wanted anything else when we responded we just sat down. She didn't recognize a new customer after cashing the previous one out? It was so weird. Both bartender walked by us about six to seven times, never asking us if we wanted to place a drink or food order. We finally were able to place our order when I noticed the customer next to us received his food but couldn’t eat as he didn’t have a set up. After 5 minutes, I finally chased down a manager to let him know the poor guy couldn’t eat his food. Finally, one bartender we know came on shift. Things got better after he got the bar under control. He even asked me where my husband was which was nice. Don’t know what was up with the other two bartenders but they need some serious training on how to take care of customers. Their lack of customer service was astonishing.
