  Don’t know why we have 1 person running a whole business. I waited over 20 minutes because 1 person is running everything. Learn how to incorporate the right amount of staff

  Food was good. Love the lettuce wrap! Bummer that my sandwich for the next day had avocado (i asked for it ONLY on the wrap), not sandwich which was largely inedible with an awful brown slimy avocado. Only other bummer is that I cannot & DO NOT use the app (compromised identity in the past); recommended by Feds & local police NOT TO USE UNNECESSARY APPS. When I shop somewhere frequently but cannot access points or deals "except by app," i will definitely UNSUBSCRIBE to daily email nonsense & perhaps reduce visits. Bummer that an email showing significant points isn't enough; if I'm lucky, I'll get a "deal" that lasts a whopping 3 days. Sorry corporate, please RETHINK this. Thank you

  not welcoming at all. came in for a quick bite to eat before work, vibes were very off the second i got there. when the woman working approached to take my order, i let her know its been a while since i've been there and i was trying to figure out what it was i got last time. she was unhelpful and standoffish. didn't care to help guide me to what that might be. very clearly didn't want to be there. then right when i started telling her my order she literally cut me off to start helping the pickup order that had just walked in. at the moment, every sign was pointing to “take your business elsewhere”. totally possibly her and the guy on shift were just having a bad day, but maybe practice putting out good energy and it will flow back to you naturally?

  Since are Jimmy John's closed we were excited to go here in corona and I was greeted by and young small girl and a skinny 20 year old and was treated like trash... there was so much wrong with the interaction I couldn't begin to fit it in this review but I will say I knew this place had a bad wrap because of the last time I came here but holy cow if the owner reads this your more than welcome to make it better and I will fill you in on your employee's and there behavior.!!!!!
