He only spoke Spanish and did not know how to read, he was not able to place his order using the computer. She ignored that and told him to place start his order by using the computer and walked away… As a healthcare worker it really hurt seeing someone ask for help and not receive. It’s part of her job she should have taken his order. I ended up helping the old man and he was very thankful. Come on now, we can do better.
