  Is this place under new management??? Already the last two visits my drink has been extensively delayed. I see other people come and go and don't see my drink. The digital screen says that my drink is done but I don't see it. Last time I got a drink, I had to walk up to the counter after 10 minutes of waiting and then they started making it. Today, I decided to order my drink about 8 minutes before arriving. I still waited nearly 15 minutes until I finally had to walk up to the counter. Lo and behold, one of the guys pulls a drink from the back side of the order pick up shelf and puts it on the shelf to be picked up and it happens to be my drink. So my drink had been done and sitting behind pick up shelf as it it were still pending for a bigger order being completed. It just feels deliberate at this point. I've been coming to this coffee house for probably 5+ years. I order on APP, walk in/out and mind my own business. It will be sad if I will have to find a different place if this low level of service continues. Also, the guys were very poorly considerate of what happened...

  im so pissed i literally go all the time like i keep them in business and today my drink was so bad like i got a strawberry refresher and it was like watered down green tea ew.

  Dunkin has the potential to be so good if it wasn’t for the drive thru worker at night. If he’s not seemingly high, he’s extremely out of it, confusing orders and handing out incorrect items. This is the 2nd time we’ve gone and have gotten incorrect items — the first time was far worse, but this time still wrong items handed to us and order details taken incorrectly. We can’t be the only ones who have experienced this.

  I went this morning I ordered a decafe ice coffee When I got to work it tasted like black tea and milk. I called and they said she come back and they’ll give me a free coffee. The only issue was I Didn’t have a way back so instead of saying will take your name because I work close by for another drink just to save my receipt or something. They just said oh OK thank you for understanding but very irritated that I spent five dollars on a coffee that wasn’t even made right so I didn’t even get to I love Duncan and they’ve only made a mistake prior to this one now this is just getting ridiculous
