I asked for steak and was given carne asada instead. I specifically requested chile on the side, and they put it directly on the salad. After being ignored multiple times, I walked out. This was not a complicated order, and basic listening should be expected. Please train your staff to pay attention and listen to the customer. Accuracy matters
