- SSSunshyneOct 1, 20251.0Small lady with brown hair, Latino lady. using self checkout. halfway through scanning process tells us to move everything to the bagging area even tho every other guest was doing the same thing we were doing but obviously we were stealing not everyone else. so we move out 10 items to the bagging area which made the system ask her to check cameras for security and tells us "have to make sure ur not stealing" even tho it was triggered from her moving all our stuff into the bagging area post scan. then moves us to a DIFF SELF CHECKOUT cause that ones stalled. if im already almost done I dont understand the point of you making us redo it because its wrong. why do u have cameras? and u only doing to us seems very racially targeted.
