This isn’t a one-time mistake it keeps happening with online orders. It honestly feels like portions are being reduced because you assume customers won’t notice. That’s not smart business it’s dishonest. If you charge extra, deliver what you promise. Customers are paying attention, and this kind of experience destroys trust 👎🏽

I asked for steak and was given carne asada instead. I specifically requested chile on the side, and they put it directly on the salad. After being ignored multiple times, I walked out. This was not a complicated order, and basic listening should be expected. Please train your staff to pay attention and listen to the customer. Accuracy matters
