  Went for a Kings playoff game and they put it on the main TV and turned it up for us! The food was pretty good for what it was ..

  Placed an online pickup order at 4:45pm with a ready by time of 5:20pm. We ordered two of the online bundle meals of 10x Wings with a side (mild, jalapeño, potato wedges, tots, celery/carrots with ranch/bleu cheese). When we first walked in (Wednesday, 5:15pm) there were little to no customers in the seated area but no servers nearby. We waited at least 10 minutes before someone approached the pick up counter. Our food was ready and we left. The server was friendly though and she apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. It was an 8 minute drive home so it wasn't that much time that had passed between pick up and eating. Everything was cold and the wings tasted like they were left out for awhile. They tasted kind of stale and were difficult to bite through. The only thing that tasted decent and close to normal were the celery and carrot sticks. We've been to this location before but a long time ago (probably last year) and it wasn't this bad.

  If I could give 0 stars to the customer service, I would. One of the night shift employees is always in a bad mood and rude most of the times. My order was made wrong 3 times with today. In part it’s my fault for not checking before leaving the store but, come one I older on line for a reason. If the app says your order will be ready at 9:00pm, expect that to be 10:00 to 10:30 pm. If I’ve been waiting for an hour for the order I placed an hour and a half ago before getting to the restaurant.. I’m most likely not gonna think in checking the wings. I just wanna go home at that point. And I’m most likely not going to drive all the way back to return something. I’m just done with this store.

  Have to say I’m pretty disappointed dining area was mess, per my husband the men’s restroom were disgusting poop on the toilet seats kind of upsetting because my small children had to use the bathroom. We ordered our food and only half came out and took another 20 mins for the other half to come out at that point we just took it to go, so half the fam ate there and other half ate at home since it was getting late. I normally don’t fault the waitress for long waits on food but not once did she check in and tell us why our other half of the food was taking so long till I asked her what’s going on. Probably won’t go back to that location again

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Please save yourself from starvation and don’t go to this place. I have been there 3 times bc it’s the closest to me and I genuinely do not understand why they’re understaffed and still taking a bunch of tables at once. Every single time I’ve don’t I have the same exact experience and I always have them the benefit of doubt but I’m done. We got sat today and it took our server 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food that’s without the 20 minute it took for them to come up to us to take our order. Once we got out food, our fries were stale and the veggies on the platter were dirty. The fountain drinks tasted like straight up syrup and I asked for water very kindly, the server delivered cups of water to everyone but us. We payed and we never got our water. The server had a bad attitude very dismissive and rude. Do not come here. It’s not worth it. This place needs to be closed immediately.
