  Arby’s is a childhood favorite for me. It reminds me of working with my dad and having lunch together. An American classic fast food place. Unfortunately times have changed. I have visited this particular location 3 times since it opened and I must say that I can’t ring the bell for great service here. Most recently I went through the drive through. I ordered a classic beef & cheddar combo (single size) I also added some jalapeño poppers (my favorite) I was offered some sauces so I asked for ranch, spicy Arby’s sauce and ketchup. I was told they didn’t have spicy Arby’s sauce after a back and forth with the girl in the window. I didn’t know this item was obsolete. She was kind of rude with me as if I should have known better. I also did not get any ranch as asked politely & I had to remind her for my drink. That’s not the worst part of my recent experience though, the sign on the window read that a 5 piece of jalapeño poppers was half price with a ANY combo and she charged me full price for them. I also felt that my regular side of fries was much smaller than I remember, they were luke warm as well not piping hot like I’m used to. I say all this to say that my entire meal was $20 Plus change and I was so disappointed. Fast food has become more expensive yet the level of service, quality and value has gone WAY down. Arby’s has followed suit with the likes of McDonald’s Jack in the box, Burger King etc. I cannot justify a $20 combo meal here anymore.

  The food was great and we tried the 7.99 box and it was fantastic and there's one thing that is not good: Peach Cobbler roll because it's way too sweet. We'll be coming back sometimes.

  At the drive thru I ordered curly fries. When I pulled up to the window the gentleman repeated my order stating some other type of "potato". I repeated my order of corned beef sandwich and curly fries. When I drove away and checked in the bag it was NOT curly fries. I even had to repeat my drink choice. If this gentleman had any effective listening skills, he left them at home today.

  Staff were most kind and knowledgeable. The food was amazing.
