  Horrible experience. I’m Arab I went in with my family to enjoy a meal. My sisters ordered a dragon fruit refresher, they got water with black syrup at the bottom. Looked nasty. My sister went to return it. The disrespect they were getting is insane. I let it slide since I know how hard it is for fast food workers. I went to pay for my drink. The disrespect, the eye rolls, the talking in the back with the other workers about us. It all made us feel unwelcomed and disrespected. Over all bad customer service, disrespectful, food was old and I DO NOT recommend. Go to the lone tree way one, I got the best dragon refresher

  They have a buy 1 get 1 free breakfast option and after asking the lady about it she returned me to the kiosk to pay. After paying she only gave me one as she said oh you have to order at the cash register for it and I can’t give you the other one free. Terrible service and communication

  My issue is not with the food quality, I was waiting for my order for over 20 minutes. No one called to say it was ready and it was not put on the mobile pick shelves either. It was kept behind the counter while they filled order after order in the drive thru. It was definitely not a pleasurable experience. No one was rude they were just very robotic and disinterested in what anyone needed. The lobby was full and they very seldom communicated with any of us.

  This particular store was very pleasant and clean, my lunch was well made and im really satisfied overall great management 👍
