- HCHeaven CoronadoApr 4, 20261.0I visited this location on Saturday, April 4th around 10:00–10:20 AM and ordered a hash brown and a large caramel latte. After tax, the latte alone was about $6, so I expected a properly prepared drink. Unfortunately, I was given a latte that was only filled about halfway. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering I’ve ordered this same drink many times before and have never experienced this issue. I would have returned to have it remade or request a refund, but I was already on my way to San Francisco and unable to go back. This situation reflects poorly on quality control and attention to detail. I strongly recommend that management address this with their drive-thru staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and consistently. Customers should not be paying full price for an incomplete product. Do better McDonald’s!! 😡
