During sandwich making the employee seemed bothered everytime I asked for an additional topping. Also, I’m not sure if my issue was a language barrier between myself and the employees or laziness, but they kept saying “we cannot do that”. I tried to use the new Subway rewards program card to get points (they said no) asked to use a gift card and then pay the rest on credit card (they said no), very frustrating experience. I’ll try a different Subway next time there are so many within a small radius.
