- PSPATRICIA SERRATOJan 11, 20261.0I wish I could give this store a "zero" star rating. This morning I bought 3 bagels and one Arizona ice tea. As I tried to purchase these items in a hurry on my way to work I encountered a rude cashier by the name of Karen. She was ringing several items without the customer being present. She said she had to complete an order in a rude tone not acknowledging my need for professional service. This cashier told somebody to ring me up for what I purchased. But she lacked customer attentiveness, she made me feel like my business there was unimportant. By the way, after I left on my way to work, I bit into one of tge bagels I purchased and bit into some human hair that came out of it. I will try to NEVER go to this store again.

Management won’t get rid of her. I’m not alone in bringing this up to management but they want to “build a case” against her. It’s been months already of me and others trying to figure this out but they are seemingly just protecting her.
