But for the person before me who had a similar problem to mine, they called the manager to override the price and they honored the price, it seems that the money of that person was more valuable than mine and I spent more.I should have canceled my purchase for $200.

When our groceries are delivered, numerous times there are missing items, WRONG items, and we end up having to request a refund. What are we supposed to do? Order again, and hope and pray they actually pick up the items we ordered the FIRST time?? Call the store, complain to the manager? This is SIMPLE STUFF. If I do my job wrong as much as this safeway store does, I'd get FIRED.
