I asked for a soup without the tortilla inside because my mom can’t have carbohydrates, but the waitress said it couldn’t be done, even though they’ve done it before and served it on the side. Later, she forgot my to-go order and just asked if I still wanted it, without apologizing. I spoke with the manager, but he didn’t really help and just said “okay.” I left feeling really disappointed after being a loyal customer for so long.
