  I had a great experience at Charleys Philly Cheesesteak. The atmosphere was very clean and well-maintained, which made the whole visit comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to make sure my order was just right. You can tell they really care about customer service. On top of that, the food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

  I don't like some of the workers attitudes i have bought some of their food whenever I visit the mall i experienced this from them twice is when i needed something and I would stand at the counter waiting to get help but the workers ignored me like they even see me standing there i know they're busy and i try to stand there and wait and be patient because I know other people are ordering food but it pisses me off waiting for help and my food is getting cold that's why I stop spending my money with them because they're rude.

  DoorDash had a buy one get one free and I just got one sandwich. Don’t promote if you won’t give them out for free.
