- DGDustin GentryJan 2, 20261.0I checked there website and it said closes at 12am. I Came in with my two children at 9:26. They said there closed. I showed them on the website was open until 12 am. While inside two different people came in. I asked them if they had ordered from the phone and they said they are uber eats. I asked so if I order from Uber eats I can order ice cream. They said no they stop taking those orders at 9. I was so upset if I weren’t with my kids they would have be replacing the front glass. The two Uber eats people said sorry it doesn’t make sense. I was so mad . I will never come here again. I have been here many times and I Always leave a good tip. Way to lose a good customer. Thank you

We were celebrating a special occasion and the cake I wanted show cased that perfectly. As soon as I saw it, I told the person who handed it to me and all he said was “that’s all there written and our cake baker is not here, sorry”. Not even, “let me ask, let me see what I can do”, straight up “he’s not here, sorry”, felt like “tough luck, that’s what you get”. You just lost my business.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
