    The most disappointing experience I have had at El Pollo Loco consistently running out of chicken. The poor customer service was unacceptable. I will not be returning to spend my money here. I will drive the distance to spend my money at a different establishment that has a reliable supply of chicken.

    Do not waste your time here. 35 mints on driver thru to get you chicken burned and missing items. This place needs a management asap.

    This place has gone down the drain, I waited 28 minutes for a guacamole, chipotle burrito, the people behind the counter kept dismissing people trying to order, telling them to order from the kiosk, this is after a couple of people said that they didn't know how to order at the kiosk! This is just ridiculous! Avoid this place if you can!!!
