I’ve been to this Dunkin’ many times and usually don’t have issues, but my most recent visit was disappointing and uncomfortable. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for about five minutes without being acknowledged, so I decided to use the self-order kiosk to place my order. While waiting, I observed one of the staff members preparing my 10 Munchkins. As she finished bagging them, she abruptly slammed the bag down on the counter for no clear reason. Her attitude and overall demeanor came across as unnecessarily negative, and this happened directly in front of a 6-year-old who was with me. I typically don’t speak up, as I understand people can have difficult days, but this time I felt it was important to say that I didn’t appreciate the way the situation was handled. Another staff member overheard and responded professionally, saying, *“I will talk to her,”* which I did appreciate. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A little more care in customer interactions—especially in front of children—can make a big difference in the experience.
