All the workers here besides James keeps on forgetting our food then the night shift manager always tries to make some excuse on why it's messed up and why we are missing food even ordered a door dash and they messed up on our order we didn't receive all the items

I had asked for no ice on the large drink and still ended up getting ice along with asking for four sauces and didn't mind paying for them and still only got one when I opened up my bag at home. I was very disappointed.

I did drive thru. The window person must have been new employee. He was good & did not offer ketchup, dipping sauce. I had to ask for them. He had not greetings; coming or going.
