  Sunday February 8 2026 at 7:10pm Despite the reviews I ordered. Will NEVER do that again at this location. A YOUNG LADY WITH A BULL RING AND GLASSES decided that customer service was not going to be on her agenda today. Multiple people were waiting. No one had been acknowledged. No one. She starred at us and said “whatever” and went back to talking to her coworkers while both of them were on there phones. We said hello can you help us. With a thick attitude replied “I know I Know” Then rolls her eyes and stomped to the front counter. Finally, she feels like doing her job (What a joke) A gentlemen ask about his pizza and she replies “Well get to it in a minute “ ????? So not sure The quality of the Pizza Hut employee handbook but maybe they should take a little more pride and training their employees or even in the hiring process. Customer service is really important. Your location already has a 3.6 To be honest, I feel like that’s pretty generous. The only reason I even gave one star is because Google requires me to other than that I wouldn’t have gave it. Any stars. The same girl with the same attitude with the same excuses each time I come. The incident of the same girl being insanely rude to an elderly veteran who needed assistance opening the door to get out with his pizza and she Denied him help. So I assisted. That is disgusting. That man fought for our country and to be honest, there wouldn’t be a Pizza Hut if it wasn’t for the sacrifice that he gave to this country. I’m not going to stop this review here. I’m absolutely going to corporate about this as well. Too many times do they give excuses when you’re paying extra for toppings and they’re not on there Then the employees give excuses for why they’re not on there. Pizza Hut, take some pride and the quality of your work and also the quality of your employee employees. If people are paying their hard earned money, they should be getting what they pay for. Also with customer service; We as The consumers deserve to be treated with respect. Pizza Hut, I know you wanna make a sale and that’s great. But just hiring anybody who doesn’t care And just wants a paycheck; Isn’t something that is honorable. It’s actually quite embarrassing because her customer service reflects the quality of your establishment. The way she treated that elderly gentleman Reflects the quality of your establishment and a company as a whole. I LOOK FORWARD TO SPEAKING TO SEVERAL PEOPLE in LEADERSHIP. Corporate and the city. AND I WON’T STOP UNTIL CHANGES MADE BECAUSE THERE SHOULD BE NO ESTABLISHMENT THAT DISRESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THE INDIVIDUALS WHO SERVED AND FOUGHT FOR OUR COUNTRY. I appreciate Mom and Pop Establishments who Appreciate Us. That’s who will get my business.
